Meet Our
CEO
Is an serial Entrepreneur who is originally from the Bronx, New York and now resides in Stamford CT with her husband and daughter. Ruby is the Owner and manager of 5 daycare centers in Stamford CT. She is also the founder of You Glo Girl LLC which was established in 2023 as a way to empower and bring women together. Ruby experienced a lot of trauma in her adolescence, which is what inspired her to become a social worker. Ruby now has a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s in human services. She worked in the social work field with women and families for 10 years before she started her own childcare business in 2018 as a licensed in-home daycare provider. She quickly expanded in 2019 and now owns and manages 5 childcare sites. As a business coach Ruby applies her expertise in the fields of Childcare, Esthetician, real Estate, Travel and Event Planning to help other entrepreneurs’ startups. Ruby has mastered the skill of balance, and creating time for family, traveling and conducting community service. Ruby has made empowering women and creating memories with her family a lifetime goal.
